Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, contact us before the event by calling 914-279-0001 or emailing events@newkawaii.com. If you notify us in advance, you may be eligible to exchange your ticket for another event within 30 days of the original event date, subject to availability. Failure to notify us before the event starts will result in the forfeiture of your ticket.
A New Kawaii customer account is required to receive prizes. A New Kawaii customer account is automatically created when you purchase your ticket online. If you purchase your ticket in store, we can create your account at that time, which requires your name and contact info.

New Kawaii is conveniently located just steps from the Irvington, NY MetroNorth station on the Hudson Line. Free, ample parking is available for this event just outside our Suite 105 entrance in the gated lot between 1 and 2 Bridge Street. Additional parking is available at all times in the open lot adjacent to Sambal restaurant.
